Do you provide medical care?
No. SAH provides non-medical support, advocacy, wellness visits, technology support, and coordination services.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. SAH does not require long-term contracts.
Do you help with contractors?
Yes. SAH can assist with contractor coordination, quote assistance, communication, scheduling, and project oversight.
Are materials marked up?
No. Materials are billed at cost with no markup.
Can family members receive reports?
Yes. Family report add-ons are available monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or after every visit.
Do unused visits carry over?
Unused client visits do not transfer to the next month and reset on the first day of each month. If SAH cancels an appointment and cannot reschedule by month-end, that visit may be carried over.
Do you provide technology support?
Yes. SAH provides remote and in-home technology support, smart home help, cameras, Wi‑Fi, audio/video, and training.
